This Privacy Policy describes the data handling practices of Synesis Collective Inc ("the Company") for the Multi Scanner mobile application ("the App").
1. Data Collection and Processing
The App processes all user data locally on the device. Synesis Collective Inc does not collect, transmit, store, or have access to any user-generated content, including but not limited to scanned documents, images, camera input, or files saved to device storage.
Anonymized diagnostic data, including crash reports and basic feature usage statistics, may be collected automatically through Google Play Services and Firebase for the sole purpose of improving App stability and performance. No personally identifiable information is contained in such reports.
2. Device Permissions
Camera: Required to capture documents within the App. All images are processed in real-time and are not uploaded or shared.
Storage: Required to save user-generated scans to the device. The App accesses only the directory it creates and does not browse or modify other files.
3. Third-Party Services
The App integrates the following third-party SDKs, which may collect anonymized data subject to their own privacy policies:
- Google Play Services
- Google Analytics for Firebase
4. Security
The Company implements commercially reasonable security measures to protect the App's integrity. However, users should be aware that no electronic storage method or transmission over the internet is absolutely secure.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Upon notification that a child has provided personal information, such information will be promptly deleted.
