Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, the User acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms. If the User does not agree to all terms herein, the App must not be used and should be uninstalled.

2. License Grant

The Company grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

The User is solely responsible for all content scanned, stored, or shared through the App. The User agrees not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its design, features, and code (excluding User-generated content), are and shall remain the exclusive property of Synesis Collective Inc.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Synesis Collective Inc shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App.

7. Modifications to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted within the App and on the applicable store listing. Continued use of the App after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
